Track and Field Season Information

Track and field is a sport that has been around for thousands of years and is considered one of the original Olympic sports. It is a diverse and challenging sport that tests an athlete's speed, endurance, strength, and agility.

Track and field events include running events, such as sprints, middle-distance, and long-distance races, as well as jumping events, such as the high jump and long jump, and throwing events, such as the shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin.

The purpose of track and field is to push athletes to their physical and mental limits while providing them with an environment to improve their skills, challenge themselves, and have fun. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, track and field offers opportunities for personal growth and the chance to compete at your highest level.
