Registration

All players must join the USATF and the RCTC to participate in the Club.

Two steps -

  1. To register yourself or your player for our offerings please first "Enroll with USATF" below.
  2. Then "Register" with the Track or Cross Country program - lower on this page.

USATF Registration

Name: Rancho Cordova Track Club (RCTC)

Membership Code: 38-0706

Association: Pacific

USATF/AAU Membership is not included with Club Membership, you must register with them outside of our website before we can let your player participate.

Registration involves a 3-5 step process that'll take about 10 minutes to complete. You can expect to:

  • Register your information with our system (new users only).
  • Register your players information with our system (new users only).
  • Add your player with their seasonal offering to your cart (track, throwing, cross country).
  • Fill in additional registration information for your player, volunteer assignment, and any add-on items that you need.
  • Checkout.
Enroll With USATF

RC Track Club Registration Instructions

1. Register Online
Visit https://rctrack.org and click the registration link to access TeamSnap.

2. Create a TeamSnap Account
If you’re new to TeamSnap, create an account. Returning users can simply log in.

3. Select Your Season
Choose the season you are registering for.

4. Complete the Registration
Fill out all required athlete and parent/guardian information, complete the required forms, and submit your payment.

5. Download the TeamSnap App
After registering, download the TeamSnap app from the App Store or Google Play.

6. Log In
Sign in using the same email address and password you used during registration.

7. Notify a Coach
Let a coach know you’ve completed registration so you can be added to the correct team roster.

8. Access Your Team
Once you’ve been added to your team (typically within 24 hours), you’ll be able to view the team schedule, receive updates, and use the team chat in TeamSnap.
