Registration Information

General Information

All players must join the USATF to participate in the RC Track Club. Please register with the USATF here with the following information:

USATF/AAU Membership is not included with Club Membership, you must register with them outside of our website before we can let your player participate.

To register yourself or your player for our offerings please navigate to our Enrollment Portal page and select the "Enroll", "Volunteer", or "Sponsor" button at the bottom of the program offering you wish to participate in. Player/Volunteer/Sponsor registration involves a 3-5 step process that'll take about 10 minutes to complete. You can expect to:

  • Register your information with our system (new users only).
  • Register your players information with our system (new users only).
  • Add your player with their seasonal offering to your cart (track, throwing, cross country).
  • Fill in additional registration information for your player, volunteer assignment, and any add-on items that you need.
  • Checkout.

Player Registration

Registration as a player involves selecting your registered player, and adding a seasonal offering to them. You can add multiple players to your cart this way. Information we'll need are things such as:

  • Player's school name.
  • Player uniform size.
  • Volunteer positions, or volunteer opt-out.
  • Venmo or Zelle information.
  • Financial assistance file upload.

During registration you do have the option to either opt-out or donate your volunteer deposit. Opting out of the deposit means that we will keep your volunteer deposit and will not contact you for volunteer shifts this season. Donating means you donate your deposit, but you want us to keep you on the list for volunteers we reach out to when we need extra assistance.

Families that request financial assistance for their players can expect to be asked to upload their income and residence verification to their enrollment. Please check out additional information on our Financial Assistance page.

Volunteer Registration

Volunteer registration is pretty simple. Register your information in our system, and then when asked to add an enrollment to yourself, just add a volunteer enrollment. You'll be asked for your hat and shirt size preference, this is for coaches and others who will be out on the field during events.

To register as a sponsor you'll have to register your personal information in our system, then add a sponsor registration to the cart when prompted. Once in the cart we'll ask you questions regarding sponsorship information we need. You'll be allowed to select which level of sponsorship you want to participate in. Once completed we will reach out for any additional information we need to collect.
